Acacia Training named in top 5% of UK’s training providers
Here at Acacia Training, we’re celebrating after being rated in the top 5% of UK colleges and training providers based on a major survey of employer satisfaction levels in the further education sector.
More than 59,000 employers were asked to respond to the FE Choices employer satisfaction survey, which captures perceptions on the quality and responsiveness of training provided by 566 different colleges and training organisations. More than 130 of Acacia Training’s clients took part in the survey, awarding us a 98.5% employer satisfaction rating that placed us in the top 30 colleges and training providers out of 566 nationwide.
THANK YOU to all the care homes, homecare companies, nurseries and childcare settings who rated the high quality of our health and social care training and childcare courses.
We’d like to say a massive THANK YOU to all our wonderful clients in care homes, domiciliary care, nurseries, pre-schools and other childcare settings for taking the time to respond to the survey and for all your support. After being rated good by Ofsted, gaining Skills for Care and Investors in People recognition, to be rated in the top 30 out of 566 different colleges and training providers is an excellent end to the year.
A massive well done to all of the Acacia Training team here at our Staffordshire HQ and all our assessors that do a fantastic job working with employers and learners throughout the country.
Our managing director Victoria Sylvester says: “We pride ourselves on being a flexible and pro-active training provider working closely with care sector employers to identify and respond to their training needs. Most importantly, we ensure that our training has a direct impact on improved quality of care and standards in health, social care and childcare settings.
She continues: “The results of this survey are testament to the hard work of our team and our focus on proactively monitoring funding, sector developments and training delivery options – ensuring we regularly check in with our clients on their business needs.”
